Charter Types
Fly rods, spinning rods, or a combination of both can be provided.
Below is a list of the charter types offered by Low Key Angling Key West. We are open to customizing the perfect trip for you. If you don’t see exactly what you are looking for, please contact us and see if we can come up with what you want.
Tarpon Fishing
The Tarpon is the icon of keys inshore fishing. Let’s go after one of the most exciting fish that swims. Tarpon can be found in channels, basins, on the flats, and a few other places. They fight hard and will push you harder than any other fish.
Flats Fishing
Shallow water in and around the backcountry of the keys. Can include sight fishing for various species including tarpon, permit, bonefish, barracudas, sharks, and more.
Backcountry Fishing
We will be fishing in and around the various basins and islands. Can include channels and slightly deeper water for species like snappers, jacks, trout, ladyfish, sharks, tarpon, and many more.
Marquesas Keys Fishing
The Marquesas Keys offer a wide variety of different fishing that can be explored throughout the day. Areas we fish in the Marquesas include the flats and water in and around the atoll; the wrecks to the south and west of the islands; the reef patches along the south side; also the main reef to the south.
Reef Fishing
Heading offshore to the different reefs in the Atlantic for fish like yellow tail and mutton snappers, black grouper, jacks, barracudas, mackerel, and more.
Shark Fishing
They are big, have teeth, and pull hard. We can catch some bait, and try and bring the sharks to us. We have quite a few different species of sharks to fish for. The most common four are Lemons, Black tips, Bulls, and Nurse sharks.
Goliath Grouper Fishing
Goliath Grouper are some of the biggest fish in our water. They can grow over 500lbs and eat anything that swims. These fish can be found around different types of structure like wrecks or ledges. If you want a big fight, Goliath Grouper may be just right for you!

Charter Pricing
Four Hour Charter – $450
Six Hour Charter – $550
Eight Hour Charter – $700
Eight Hour Marquesas – $800
*Price is for up to two (2) anglers.
**Price includes licenses, all tackle, bait, fuel, and bottled water for the trip.
***A 20% deposit is required at time of booking to hold your day/days.
****Cancellations made inside of seven days of trip will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations due to weather will be refunded in full.
